How do we store your data?

The Botanist and The Bee securely stores your data with WIX the provider of our website hosting, e-commerce platform and content management. WIX are compliant with the general data protection regulations (GDPR). We only retain data for as long as is necessary in order for us to complete our service. 

 

Our Providers

We use WIX for almost all of our online interaction, this includes the following:

• To host our e-commerce platform, content management and website hosting.

• Collect and store your data securely. 

• To manage our content and customer interaction such as email subscriptions you may sign up for and post-            purchase follow-ups.

• Our deliveries are fulfilled in-house and therefore only pertinent information such as your name, mailing address, telephone number & email address are used in order to fulfill your order.
   

Whilst shopping in store we use iZettle to perform payment transactions.

The Botanist and The Bee would like to make you fully aware of your data protection rights. Every user has the right to the following:

 

• The right to access: You have the right to request The Botanist and The Bee for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.

• You have the right to object to The Botanist and The Bee processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
